ZENET Prefabricados was born in 2007 as a new factory of precast structural concreted, focused mainly in the residential and industrial building as well civil engineering sectors.

Behind ZENET Prefabricados there is a human team that joins an extensive experience in the sector, passion for what we make, and great enthusiasm for creating a long-lasting project.

Seriousness and efficiency are our reason to be. This way, we put at your disposal a wide variety of products and solutions, incorporating the latest technologies and fully adapted to the new regulatory and safety requirements.

All of our products and processes have been designed and optimized since their inception to give answer to the most demanding needs, and, at the same time, the can provide solutions that are both technically and economically competitive.

Integral services

ZENET's Technical Office offer a deep knowledge of precast building, as well as the field of structural engineering, specially of reinforced, prestressed and poststressed concrete, allowing tackling the design and optimization of products and processes, as well as any kind of calculations of building and civil engineering structures, preparation of technical sheets FORJADO, quality systems, etc.

Quality certificates

All our prefabricated elements are in possession of CE Mark,in accordance with the Construction Products Directive 89/106 / EEC and the applicable harmonized European product standards.

ZENET's Technical Office, together with its Quality Department, have developed a Quality System, on the basis of an internal control laboratorio and a custom software specifically designed so that at any moment all the required quality records of any product that leaves our facilities can be known.

Certificates and traceability of raw materials, statistical control ofconcrete compliance, inspection of finished products, treatment and management of non-conformities, feedback and improvement of the system and a long etc., make up a system that is designed to grow as necessary and to give an almost immediate response to the normative quality requirements demanded by our clients.
